The Trump administration is demonstrating that it is most likely going to be hostile to regulation, including the current NEPA process that many highway and infrastructure projects have come to understand and implement. While this hostility may create new opportunities for development, it will also create a rapidly changing and economically risky from a liability perspective terrain.
